Our $8-million Renovation
St. Andrew's at Francis Place underwent an $8-million renovation in 2018. The transformative upgrade to our community on 300 Forby Rd., now offers a boutique, hotel-like experience for our residents.
Our community eliminated the majority of our shared rooms. We now offer larger, private suite rooms with walk-in bathrooms and no-step showers. Residents now can enjoy both the scenic surroundings of Eureka, Missouri and more room and comfort for visitors.
Another great feature for residents, team members, and visitors is our remodeled activity center; a great hub for music, games, and celebrations -- across from our remodeled chapel which offers daily mass.
To best serve the residents in long-term care and our secure memory care household, we created two expansive dining rooms with a variety of quality, healthy options, served restaurant-style by our gracious culinary team.
A walk to our beauty salon, spas & whirlpools, or brand new gym, residents can enjoy our remodeled hallways which feature new artwork with modern ceiling and lighting. We're always looking for warm, inviting displays to help residents feel at home, while also giving our extended family a luxurious, boutique hotel-like experience.
Another major project, led by Kurt Gore, our Environmental Services Director, was a landscaping makeover, to best capture the dramatic, breathtaking views from our hilltop community. You can always spot fresh flowers and holiday decorations, which helps make visiting mom & dad all the more enjoyable -- especially for celebrations and milestones.
With care being central to our mission, we now support our nurses, doctors, and therapists with cutting-edge technology, equipment, and training programs to best handle the individual need of your loved ones.
As always, consultations and tours are free, and we encourage families to consider St. Andrew's at Francis Place for Medicare rehabiliation, and skilled nursing -- it's all about finding the right fit.
Be sure to set up a consultation and tour with our residency counselor, Vikki Martin! We'd love to show you around.
